Return / Exchange Policy
- If the product delivered is damaged, torn, or broken, Kafka will provide a full refund or exchange of the product without any hesitation. These issues must be notified within 7 days of delivery through email.
- We do not entertain exchange or return requests if the customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind about the design.
