Return / Exchange Policy
- If the product delivered is damaged, torn, or broken, Kafka will provide a full refund or exchange of the product without any hesitation. These issues must be notified within 7 days of delivery through email.
- We do not entertain exchange or return requests if the customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind about the design.
How it works
- Email us a picture of the faulty product along with your order number in the subject line to info.kafkapk@gmail.com
- Please mention whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. In case of refund, please mention your bank details.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
